Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return or exchange, your item  must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need to provide your order number.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hi@telescopestudio.com or respond to your order confirmation email. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact hi@telescopestudio.com
